Shannon Wyatt

Director of Marketing & REALTOR® – Client Connections & Referrals

A little about me...

Shannon serves as the Director of Marketing and a licensed Realtor® with Southern Homes Group, where she focuses on elevating the way homes are presented and sold across the CSRA. With a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully market and sell real estate, she leads the team’s marketing strategy to ensure every listing stands out and reaches the right audience.

In her role, Shannon works with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and connect them with one of Southern Homes Group’s skilled agents who best fits their needs. Her background in project management and design gives her a strategic eye for presentation and positioning, helping each property gain maximum exposure and stand out in today’s competitive market.

Since moving to Harlem in 2001, Shannon has embraced the charm of small-town living and remains committed to supporting her community and local businesses. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their son Luke, and their dogs.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling, Shannon is always happy to connect and match you with the right Southern Homes Group agent to guide you every step of the way.
